Roofing
How much does a roof replacement cost?
Our roof replacement starts at $5.15 per square foot for Owens Corning Oakridge architectural shingles with a lifetime limited warranty. For a typical 2,000 sq ft roof, that's roughly $10,300. The base price applies to roofs of 1,000 sq ft or more with a single-layer tear-off and a pitch between 4:12 and 5:12, in standard colors (Onyx Black, Estate Gray, Desert Tan, Driftwood). Additional charges may apply for steep pitch, complex roof geometry, extra vents, solar panels, skylights, chimneys, or sheathing/fascia repairs.
What's included in the roof replacement price?
Everything needed for a complete, code-compliant roof: full tear-off and disposal of one existing shingle layer, roof deck inspection, new synthetic underlayment, ice & water shield where code requires, new flashing and pipe boots, new metal roof-top vents or ridge vent, architectural shingles, and ridge cap.
What makes your roofs different from a cheaper bid?
We spec materials that hold up rather than substitutes that lower the bid price: hot-galvanized nails (not cheap electro-galvanized), thick code-compliant flashing (not undersized), metal roof vents (not plastic), thick base pipe flashing, dedicated ridge-cap shingles (not repurposed 3-tab), a single-brand roof assembly for consistent performance, and ice & water shield installed to code for your specific roof.
What shingle brands can I choose from?
Owens Corning Oakridge, Duration, Duration Premium, and Duration Max; CertainTeed Presidential; IKO; and Malarkey.
What does Owens Corning Preferred Contractor mean?
It's a status earned through verified workmanship standards, not just sales volume. It also allows us to offer Owens Corning's enhanced warranty options on qualifying roof systems.
Can you help with an insurance claim for storm or roof damage?
Yes. For storm and roof damage we document the conditions thoroughly to support your insurance claim.
Do you install gutters?
Yes: 5" K-style aluminum gutters at $9/ft installed, 6" at $11/ft installed. Old gutter removal and disposal is $150, with a $1,500 minimum on gutter projects.
Siding & Painting
How much does siding replacement cost?
From $9.75 per gross square foot, including removal and disposal of old siding, new house wrap, 8.25" fiber cement siding (cedar texture or smooth), and 4" wood or fiber-cement trim around windows and at corners. Additional charges may apply for asbestos testing (if needed), narrower siding widths, buildings over 20 ft, access issues, a large number of corners or windows, and repairs to sheathing or studs.
Can you paint the new siding too?
Yes — exterior painting is $2.75/sf when done with a siding project.
What does exterior house painting cost?
$5,950 for a typical one-story 1,600 sq ft 3-bed / 2-bath home with 2-car garage: two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration or Miller AcriLite (not contractor-grade paint), two-tone body and trim, power washing before painting, plus taping, caulking, minor patching, and cleanup. Attached patios/porches and major repairs are additional.
What does interior painting cost?
$9,950 for the same typical 1,600 sq ft home: two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration or Miller AcriPure interior, two-tone, with trim and doors included, plus minor patching and repairs, taping, caulking, and cleanup.
Windows
How much does window replacement cost?
Vinyl replacement windows start at $549 per window (4-window minimum), including removal of the old window and installation of a new vinyl window with screen. The base price covers a Ply Gem classic vinyl window up to 36"×36" (single hung, fixed, or slider, white, clear glass). Sill, frame, or trim repairs and painting are additional.
What window brands and styles do you offer?
Ply Gem, JELD-WEN, Milgard, and Andersen — in single hung, slider, casement, awning, and fixed styles, with options for colors, grills, triple glazing, and noise reduction.
Kitchens, Bathrooms & Cabinets
What do your kitchen and bathroom remodels include?
Complete or partial renovations covering flooring (tile, LVT, LVP, engineered wood, hardwood), fixtures (tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, toilets, shower doors, mirrors), custom tile surrounds, cabinets and vanities, countertops and backsplashes (quartz, stone, laminate, tile), Venetian marble finishes, two- and three-tone painting, baseboard and casing, lighting and electrical fixtures including LED under-cabinet lighting, hardware, and door and window replacement. See kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling.
How much do custom cabinets cost?
From $485 per linear foot, including design, materials, and professional installation by our own craftsmen. The base price covers painted Shaker cabinets with plywood boxes, wood drawer boxes with soft-close slides, full-overlay soft-close doors, custom paint, modern black square pulls, 42" upper kitchen cabinets, and custom sizing to your exact dimensions — no stock sizes with filler strips.
What cabinet options are available?
Multiple door styles (flat, raised panel, inset), frameless construction, stain finishes, pantry and specialty cabinets (trash pull-outs, spice organizers, blind-corner units, rollouts), custom closets and shelving, appliance panels, and integrated LED lighting.
Do you install countertops too?
Yes — we supply and install quartz and granite countertops, including sink cutout and edge profile, coordinated with your cabinet installation. One contractor, one schedule, one point of contact.
Fencing
How much does a new cedar fence cost?
A 6-ft Western Red Cedar picket fence starts at $54 per foot installed, labor and materials included, in dog-eared or flat-top picket styles. We build with three rails (not two), rail connectors, and stainless steel nails. Removal and disposal of an old fence is $6/ft; cedar post caps from $12 each. Good-neighbor style installation is 25% more, and other sizes, styles, and materials are available. See a recent cedar fence replacement.

How fast can you start?
We typically respond to estimate requests the same day, and customers regularly note how quickly projects are completed — many roofs are finished within days of starting.
